Michael Keaton is an American actor producer and director best recognized for his role in the movie 'Birdman. An actor with a variety of talents, he's adept in playing comical and dramatic roles. He's also played several romantic characters and performed in many action thrillers in his career. The actor began his interest in acting and performing while at the age of teen and was a novice at stand-up comedy when he was an adult. It was not successful, though it opened the doorway to the path to a career in acting. Inability to make it as a comedian he took the job of the TV cameraman at a cable station. While working at the cable station, he discovered the desire to work the camera. Once he got a gig on television, he appeared in a variety of episodes on Mister Rogers Neighborhood. The natural talents of the actor earned him a lot of attention on television. He had great goals, and started a film career and gained acclaim in comedy roles. His fame was further elevated by his portrayal of Batman in Tim Burton's Batman. In his later years, he also began to explore producing and directing. For his role in Birdman (2014), he won numerous awards and nominations.
